About Gleva

Who writes the guides on this site, what Gleva is, and what it isn't.

Who writes this

Everything on gleva.app is written by Christian Krueger, an independent software developer based in Berlin. I build and maintain a small portfolio of consumer apps — ReSubs, Momental, Moviebase, MindTime and StreamGuide.

There is no editorial team behind this site and no content agency. One person researches and writes every page, which is worth knowing when you decide how much weight to give it.

What I am not

I am not a doctor, pharmacist, dietitian or any other kind of clinician, and nothing on this site is medical advice. I have no clinical training and no medical qualification of any kind.

The guides here describe how GLP-1 treatment is commonly documented and what the published pharmacology says — half-lives, titration structure, why symptoms cluster where they do. They are written to help you keep a better record and ask better questions at your next appointment. They are not a substitute for the person prescribing for you, and where the two disagree, your provider is right.

If a page states a number — a half-life, a clearance window, a protein target — it comes from a published source rather than from experience, and it is worth checking against the medication's own label.

What Gleva is

Gleva is a GLP-1 tracker in development. The idea is narrow on purpose: most trackers are good at recording shots, doses, side effects and weight as four separate logs, and much less good at showing you the relationship between them. Whether your nausea follows a particular dose. Whether it clusters on the same day of the shot cycle every week. Whether an injection site changes anything.

It has not launched. There is no app to download yet, and every comparison on this site says so on the page rather than in a footnote. The resource library exists because the research behind the product is useful on its own, and because publishing it is how I find out whether anyone else has the problem I think they have.

Corrections

If something here is wrong, I would genuinely like to know — particularly anything clinical. Write to the contact page and I will correct the page and note the change.
