What is Gleva?

Gleva is a GLP-1 tracking app for people on semaglutide or tirzepatide treatments — it works with Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro® and Zepbound®, as well as compounded and oral forms. You log shots, doses, side effects and weight in one place, and Gleva shows you how they connect. It is still in development; join the waitlist for early access.

How do I get started with Gleva?

Gleva has not launched yet. Join the waitlist and you'll get one email when it opens. At first run you'll pick your medication, set your shot schedule and log a starting weight — after that it is a tap per shot.

Is Gleva available on my device?

Gleva is being built for recent versions of iOS and Android, on both phones and tablets. Exact minimum versions will be listed on the store pages at launch.

Do I need an account to use Gleva?

No. Gleva is designed to keep your data on your device. An account will be optional, needed only if you want to sync across devices or keep a backup.

Is Gleva free?

The plan is for Gleva to be free to download, with core tracking — shots, doses, side effects and weight — free to use. An optional Premium upgrade will cover deeper analysis and export. Final pricing is not set yet, and waitlist members will hear it first.

What will Premium unlock?

Premium is intended for the heavier features: longer history, deeper pattern analysis, and the export and report tools. Everything you need to log your treatment day to day is meant to stay free.

How will I upgrade to Premium?

Through the App Store or Google Play, using the payment method already on your store account. There will be no separate checkout and no card details handled by us.

How do I cancel Premium?

Subscriptions are managed by the store, not by Gleva. You'll cancel from your Apple ID subscription settings on iOS, or Google Play subscriptions on Android, and keep Premium until the end of the paid period.

Will I lose my data if I cancel Premium?

No. Your logs stay on your device. Premium-only features stop being available, but nothing you recorded is deleted, and it all comes back if you resubscribe.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store that processed the payment. Request one through Apple or Google directly — they can issue refunds that Gleva cannot. Get in touch if you need help with the request.

Why isn't my purchase showing up?

Make sure you are signed in with the same store account you bought it with, then use the restore-purchases option in Settings. If it still does not appear, contact support with your store receipt.

Is my health data secure?

This is health data, so the default is the strict one: it lives on your device. If you turn on sync, it travels over an encrypted connection. Gleva does not sell your data, does not share it with advertisers, and does not require an account to start.

Only what is needed to make the app work, plus anonymous diagnostics that help fix crashes. What you log about your treatment is yours. The privacy policy on this site lists every category in detail.

Yes. Gleva is built to work without a connection — your data is stored locally, so you can log a shot on a plane or with no signal. Sync catches up when you are back online.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You'll be able to export your history as a PDF to share with your care team, or as a data file to keep. Your records are yours and are never held hostage.

How do I delete my account and data?

Deleting the app removes everything stored locally. If you created an account, use the delete-account option in Settings to remove server-side data as well — this is permanent and cannot be undone.

That is the plan, once you sign in. Your logs would stay current across every device signed into the same account, on both iOS and Android.

Is my data backed up?

With sync enabled, your data is backed up and restores when you reinstall or switch phones. Without an account, the export option lets you make your own backups.

Does one Premium purchase cover all my devices?

Yes, within one store ecosystem. An App Store purchase covers your Apple devices and a Google Play purchase covers your Android devices, since the two stores bill separately.

The app is slow or crashing. What should I do?

First make sure you are on the latest version, then restart the app. If the problem continues, restart the device. If it still happens, contact support and mention your device model and OS version.

Why are my shot reminders not arriving?

Check that notifications are allowed for Gleva in your system settings, and that battery optimisation or Focus modes are not suppressing them. Both platforms silence background apps aggressively by default — worth checking in your first week rather than the week you miss a dose.

Something looks wrong after an update. How do I fix it?

Force-quit and reopen the app so it can finish migrating. If something still looks off, get in touch before reinstalling — reinstalling clears local data that has not been backed up.
